Tremendously excited about selection to participate in #StartupBus 2011. Will depart from #PaloAlto / #SanFrancisco on a bus with ~ 24 other individuals the morning of March 8.
We will pitch ideas, select ideas, form teams, and create. The objective? My objective? By the time we arrive in #SXSW (http://sxsw.com) to own a sweet, hacked together startup business to discuss with successful entrepreneurs, business professionals, and investors.
My passion is intra and entrepreneurship, and I play to win.
Looking forward to forming a dynamite team. #GoFightWin!

Productivity for an On-Mission Life
Hi!
Excited to share 1st ever personal blog post. My intention will be to share value, add value, and simultaneously to create a beautiful life.
First...a little history.
July 4, 2007 I moved into my first living space sola. September 2-10, 2007 I flew to Buenos Aires to refresh Spanish language and learn to dance tango. This was catalytic. Immediately upon returning to Atlanta I consciously embarked upon a deliberate journey, process, to strip away years of conditioning, training, my own beliefs and those of others, to determine what I could believe in as the core purpose for my life.
To live for, to give my life to.
A sometimes scientific and sometimes creative few years later, my core reason for existing clarified - at least in my own belief ...the defined journey began.
A couple years more...and the realization that to accomplish the impact I dream of, to live life fully and die peacefully, serious focus and unique discipline is, and will continue to be, mission critical.
Macro vision established and details dreamt of daily, focus is to execution.
Recently, I read an article containing 3 simple guidelines to achieve more in less time. Nothing new or radical - but helpful as a structured way to think and execute the on-going decision making process. Essentially, they are:
1. Prioritize
2. Complete Daily Tasks
3. Eliminate Distractions
(If anyone knows the article they came from please let me know so I may give credit to the author!)
What are other systems high achieving people use? GTD comes to mind, various Tim Ferriss frameworks, and a really interesting zenhabits blog post: http://zenhabits.net/productive-and-smiling/.
Mission driven desires for high productivity, strategies and tactics are almost all consuming. Even more important to create and build a beautiful life, in my humblest opinion, are the relationships we experience, nourish, are so, so grateful for.
Friends, dear ones, loved ones - Thank you for making my life worth living. For caring, for inspiring. Eternally thankful, I happily live for you.
